lazy sunday

so many bugs kamikaze-d into the car
sometimes after the 100 degree supernovas, I wish I could walk through this carwash
ooh shiny
炒粿條
海南
台中的:)
kinda dry

Today was about as lazy as they come. Woke up around 8, bummed around playing Wii and skyped until the afternoon, did some groceries, and then went shopping with momma. At some point, I got the car washed and took a few photos. On another note, it's that wonderful time again when mungbean pastries start coming out in preparation for the holidays. Since I don't have the fortune of being in Taiwan this summer, I'll just have to make do (unless someone decides to bring some back... *ahem*). All taken with the 15mm f/2.8 fisheye since I don't have a normal range lens at the moment. BUT THAT ALL CHANGES TOMORROW!! The legendary 24 f/1.4 G lens will be at my doorsteps in less than 24 hours. I don't think you understand. I can not contain my excitement ahhhhhhhhh. Just have to get through another thrilling day of patient charts....blahhh whyyyyyyyy (am i typing so many extra letters....?). Expect a ton of test shots here tomorrow.

Last year, Ashton and I went to the Monmouth County Fair at 9 pm. I think that was the only year, for as long as I can remember, that i've missed the annual pig race. For some reason, I get a real thrill watching those little porkers (my personal favorite this year was named Tsunami Salami). Accompanied by a similarly skin toned friend, I made up for my last year's mistake today. Here are some of the photos from the fair. Excuse me while I continue feeling sick after eating all that disgusting greasy fair food...
